FRANCHISING PROCESS
In this section you will find tools and information on
how to begin the Chili House® application process.
Process Overview
The following information is provided to you only as a
guide. Following the process below does not guarantee
your approval to become a Chili House franchisee. This
information is intended to give you an overview of the
steps involved in being considered for franchising with
Chili House. We reserve the right to change the process
and/or requirements without notice.
1. Based on the information on this website, determine
if you meet the minimum qualifications to become a
franchisee. Please complete our financial pre-qualifier
to be sure. Click here to link to our pre-qualifier.
2. To begin the process you'll need to complete the
three forms found on our website.
Note: If you are a group of individuals applying for a
franchise, each person in the group must complete all 3
of the forms. Once all of the forms are completed, they
should be submitted to Chili House as a package so they
may be considered together. Incomplete packages cannot
be considered.
a.
Application - Fill out completely and sign.
b.
Financial Verification Form - You or your
corporation complete the top part of this
form and all financial institutions complete
the bottom part where you have
assets/liabilities. Remember to print as
many forms as you have financial
institutions (a separate form is required
for each financial institution). We will
also accept monthly/quarterly statements (no
more than 3 months old) and income tax
returns.
c. Personal/Corporate Financial Statement
Form - This form is to be completed by the
individual or company. This form is designed
to give Chili House a breakdown of your
assets and liabilities.
The attached forms are built in Excel format
and can be completed on your computer.
Please remember that once you complete the
forms you'll need to print, sign and submit
to Chili House. You can mail the forms to:

3. Once Chili House has received your completed, signed
forms we will verify that you meet our financial
qualifications and process your paperwork.
4. Upon verification that you meet our financial
qualifications and your area of interest is available to
franchise, you'll be considered an applicant. A member
of our New Business Development Team will then contact
you to help guide you through the remainder of the
process.
5. Once a member of our New Business Development Team
has contacted you and approved you to move forward in
the franchising process, you will need to complete the
following items (it is not necessary to complete the
following items until you have been approved to move
forward). This list is not all-inclusive and is provided
to potential franchisees as a guide. Completing the
required steps does not guarantee acceptance into Chili
House franchising system.
a. Company & Personal Financial Statements
(Latest annual and interim)
b. Our Legal information package will be
sent to you after a representative from our
New Business Development Team has contacted
you.
c. Business Operating Plan, Resume/Brief
Biography (Individual or corporate).
d. Income Tax Returns for the last two
years. |
The above list is not a comprehensive list. Chili House
may change the list at any time. Please note that it is
not necessary to complete the above items until you have
been approved to move forward.
Completing the above required steps does not guarantee
acceptance into the Chili House franchise system.
